About Roee Sivan
I build things that ship. Over the past year I shipped a Unity 6 open-world game, a course-review platform used by 166 students at my university, two browser games running on Three.js and canvas, a computer-vision pipeline that analyses table tennis matches frame by frame, and a reinforcement-learning project that taught a quadruped robot to walk in simulation. My work spans real-time 3D, full-stack web, and applied machine learning, and every project here is live, open source, or both.

How I work
I pick projects that force me to learn a whole system rather than one layer of it. The Block meant physics, animation, level design and a pivot between two engines. Uni-Rate meant auth, a relational schema, bilingual RTL layout, and real users who complain when something breaks. The table tennis analyzer meant model selection, false-positive filtering, and knowing when an OCR reading is impossible.
I ship with AI in the loop and I am precise about it: the models write code, I own the architecture, the review and the result.

Background
Before the degree I spent three years in the IDF on the Patriot Missile System, finishing as a commander. Since then I have interned at Agora, Mindli, DigitalRosh — most recently as an automation engineer, migrating a production test suite from the UI layer to the API layer. I am now in my BSc Computer Science at Reichman University, graduating August 2027.
What I am looking for
A part-time student software engineering position alongside my degree, in any area of the stack, with the most depth in full-stack web, real-time 3D, and applied machine learning. I am based in Ramat HaSharon, Israel and studying until August 2027. How to reach me →
What I have built
The Block
A GTA-style open world, built twice: first in Three.js, then rebuilt in Unity 6.
Uni-Rate
A bilingual course-review platform used by 166 students at Reichman University.
Neon Highway
A Three.js endless-runner on a neon road with music features.
Hasidic Tower
An Icy Tower-style canvas platformer you can play with your hands, via webcam tracking.
Table Tennis Analyzer
A computer-vision pipeline that watches a table tennis match and reports on it.
Teaching a Robot to Walk
A Unitree Go2 quadruped learns to walk in MuJoCo — and then to score a goal.
